Mondelez International is looking for vacancy: Marketing Analyst Retail Cheese.
This position is responsible to support planning and execution of the brand plans for Cheese in Mexico (2 brands: Philadelphia & Cheez Whiz) with excellence, through understanding of consumers, market and category dynamics in order to assure brand objectives. Philadelphia is the biggest brand in terms of Revenue for Mexico and Retail is responsible for half of these figures.
- Support Cheese Retail plans execution, through a Brand, Market, consumer and competitor understanding, the definition and execution of growth plans implementation (Promotional plans across all channels, price strategy, portfolio management) to detect business opportunities or threat and assure objectives in a highly competitive environment.
- Assure plans execution considering on time project launchings, communication campaigns, execution of ATL and BTL initiatives, POS activation, consumer promotions, etc.
- Support New Product Development projects (incl. design)
- Involvement on leading the Product to Market process (with Product Change Management team).
- Responsible for listing process (trade selling story, kits, dummies, etc)
- Plans and Executes Digital Platform by securing core communication alignment, developing relevant content and promotions for consumers.
- Monitoring & analyzing of business performance in all KPI´s (P&L, SI, SO, WOS, Nielsen, Tracking).
- Involvement on IBP process securing an assertive consumption exercise.
- Advertising & Customer management (budget).
- Work with cross functional team (Sales, CP&A, Finance, Operations, R&D, CIS, PCM) behind category priorities and objectives.
- Working and leading agencies to ensure promotional activations execution.
- College studies in Business, Marketing, Engineering or Economics (Bachelors degree).
- Intermediate Excel level
- English 80%
- At least 1 year working experience in the following areas: Marketing, Trade Marketing, Finance or Consumer Insights.
- Experience in Digital Marketing & Consumer Promotion Initiatives
- Experience with Communication Strategy, effective implementation & efficiency in execution
- Numerial analysis skills.
- Able to actively work with cross functional teams.
