Job Responsibility: Responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and imparting initial & continuous training courses. As well as managing all phases of campaign specific trainings for new and existing operations personnel. Experience: • Proven experience of at least 1-2 years in similar position and activities. • Experience in workplace training, leadership & coaching. Educational Level: • Professional Title, Truncated career, High school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge & Abilities: • Knowledge of Andragogy • Instructive System Design and Learning Management Systems. In addition to the understanding of Time management, Team building, Learning Domains & Principles, D.I.S.C. • MS Office Pack (Office 365 preferred). • Abilities to communicate effectively • interpersonal skills • Written and conversational English level fluency above average
